Pismo Beach homeowners enjoy a moderate temperatures throughout the entire year with a climate that is tempered by a marine air flow into the valley from the Pacific Ocean but just far enough inland to miss much of the heavy coastal fog. A light cool ocean breeze can be expected daily creating a cooling effect that produces an unusually long growing season, resulting in greatly intensified variety of flavors. Annual rainfall is between 15" and 30" per year with a rainy season lasting from October to April. The average frost free season ranges between 250 and 325 days per year depending on location. With high temperatures averaging 80 degrees Fahrenheit in the summer and 60 degrees Fahrenheit in the winter, Pismo Beach offers a really nice environment to live in and a perfect place to buy your next home.
